Firm Overview

Jo Anne Hagen received her law degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1994, after which she served as Chief Counsel of Operations at Hach Company. In 1999, she left Hach to begin working in her solo practice. She was joined in 2003 by David Melusky. David received his law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1984. He worked in private practice for ten years, and then spent nine years as a District Court Magistrate before going back to private practice with Jo Anne. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Jo Anne is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, The Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy and the American Society for Transportation and Logistics.
